Public IP not work internal browser but work from outside of the browser.
Follow below step
– Open Internet Explorer.
– Click on tools.
– Go to Internet Options.
– Click on the Connections tab.
– Click the LAN settings button.
– Under proxy server – Uncheck – Use your proxy server for LAN.
